It’s been a while since you’ve surfaced, dear monster. I can’t say that I missed you. I was fooled however, into thinking you may not return. Here you are, clawing your way through my body, your nails sharp and long digging into me. You are making it impossible to ignore you. Hands around my throat, I struggle through each breath. Today is going to be a long day. The pressure on my chest keep increasing as you slowly squeeze yourself into my heart. It’s becoming hard to hold my composure, yet as always I fight to keep my face free of the pain inside me. I fight.
There is a sinking feeling in my gut telling me you’ve just begun your slow torture of me. The end is no where in sight. I can’t eat. I’m drowning in you, monster.
